At Arab Perfumesious, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery.

  • Incorrect items received.

  • Defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Products with broken security seals.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective product).
